For small items, most orders will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail. You shall receive your order in 1-2 working days on 1st Class, and 2-5 working days on 2nd Class.
For heavy items, most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via Whistle, you shall have your order in 2-5 working days.
Handmade items will be dispatched in 3 working days.
In peak season, national holidays and bad weather condition, deliveries may take much longer. If you don’t receive your order in one week after dispatched date, please contact us.
Most European orders will be dispatched from UK in 1-3 working days. For small items, delivery will be in 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. For heavy items, delivery will be in 3-9 working days depending on the country though Parcelforce or DPD.
Order from outside Europe will be sent from our China warehouse via traceable courier service, delivery will be within 1-2 weeks for most major area.
In peak season, national holidays and bad weather condition, delivery may take much longer. If you don’t receive your order in two weeks after dispatched date, please contact us.
In the occasional case, if you parcel arrives damaged, please send us pictures on parcel packaging, label and the damage with your order detail, we will arrange replacement for your or refund you the order on your preference.
If you don’t receive your order as to advised timing above, or your tracking number says not delivered or doesn’t track, we will arrange replacement for your or refund you the order on your preference.
